Wallace founded Purisolve in 2007 based on the principles of experience, integrity, and solutions with the vision to deliver consulting services and innovative technical solutions for the federal government and commercial clients.

ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management
This is an internationally recognized quality management standard that provides a framework for organizations to ensure consistent quality in products and services and focuses on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

ISO 20000: 2018 Information Technology
This international certification specifies the requirements for a service provider to consistently plan, establish, implement, monitor, review, and maintain a Service Management System (SMS).

ISO 27001 InfoSec / Cybersecurity
This security management certification provides a standards framework and best practices for risk-based, systematic, and cost-effective security management; it emphasizes the importance of identifying and assessing information security risks and requires organizations to implement effective risk management processes to develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

CMMI Maturity

In 2016, Purisolve had our program and project management practices formally SCAMPI-A assessed and benchmarked by CMMI DEV, Version 1.3, and achieved maturity level ML2. In 2020, we were formally reappraised against CMMI DEV, Version 2.0, and were again benchmarked at maturity level ML2.

CMMC Early Adoption

Purisolve anticipates being an early adopter for CMMC L2 (the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) certification, based on our compliance with NIST standards, existing ISO certifications, and information security best practices.

Our Joint Venture

“Promoveo” means to “move forward.” The combined experience of a leading system integrator and a responsive provider of information management and consulting services exemplifies this venture as a strategic partnership that offers Federal Government forward-thinking services and support.

Promoveo Solutions JV LLC is a Small Business Administration Mentor Protégé Program (SBA MPP) HUBZone Joint Venture | Small Business providing IT services to the federal market. This Joint Venture (JV) was a natural outgrowth of the mentor-protégé agreement between BAE Systems and Purisolve, a HUBZone-certified small business.

Community Outreach & Engagement

Our Commitment to Community

Purisolve believes in sharing our success and giving back through outreach. We charitably support worthy efforts at home and abroad, including engaging with the local refugee community and providing monetary contributions towards global aid and relief.

Corporate Giving

Purisolve is dedicated to giving back, donating approximately 10% of our corporate earnings annually to charitable and relief efforts. Contributions support both local and global initiatives, including disaster relief, humanitarian aid, and pro bono consulting for non-profit organizations, such as:

Our employees are empowered and encouraged to volunteer. Many of our geographically diverse employees volunteer within their local communities’ civic, educational, and youth-focused initiatives, supporting causes such as literacy programs, scouting, sports, and mission-oriented, ecumenical efforts.

We adhere to truthful time and expense reporting, honest analysis, and morally conscious solutions. Our team avoids using profane and demeaning language, and we treat clients and colleagues with the utmost respect, keeping the Golden Rule at the heart of our relationships.

It is Purisolve policy to maintain the highest ethical standards. Our code of ethics, signed by all employees, is a commitment by our employees to maintain the highest levels of professionalism and to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. We believe adherence to this policy will ensure our continued success, as well as earn and maintain the confidence of our clients and our community. Our standards of conduct encompass:

Accurate

fiscal reporting

Including timekeeping, expense reporting, invoicing, and claim submissions.

Equal employment and nondiscrimination

Maintaining a work environment that is free of discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or coercion because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law, ordinance, or regulation.

Prohibition on

drugs and alcohol

Providing employees and clients with a safe and productive work environment while prohibiting the unlawful use or possession of alcohol and controlled substances at the worksite.

Immigration law

Meeting obligations under U.S. immigration law and operating in compliance with the law, regulation, or executive order, or required by Federal, State, or local government contract, or when the Attorney General determines it to be essential for an employer to do business with an agency or department of the Federal, State, or local government.

Conflict of interest

Avoiding situations in which interests could conflict with, or even appear to conflict with, the interests of Purisolve or clients.

Gifts and entertainment

Adhering to restrictions on providing gifts of things of value to government personnel, prohibiting any bribery or kickbacks, and following rules pertaining to giving or receiving gifts from non-government personnel

Truthful statements and certifications

Ensuring no false, fictitious, or fraudulent statements; all statements, representations, and certifications made on behalf of Purisolve whether written or oral, shall be accurate, truthful, and timely.

Security and confidentiality

All nonpublic information, whether technical, business, financial, or otherwise, that concerns Purisolve is treated as confidential; appropriate and judicious handling of data and information for which the Federal Government's right to use and disclose the data and information is restricted.

Fiduciary responsibilities

Maintaining appropriate care and control of Purisolve and clients’ assets, software, computers, and electronic resources used for business operations and ensuring limited personal use within the bounds of corporate policy.

Social media

Expecting employees to refrain from the use of social platforms during normal working hours; ensuring personal accounts or statements clearly do not represent Purisolve or Purisolve clients nor is Purisolve referenced in any post that could be construed as negative, defamatory, or offensive.

Political contributions and lobbying

Prohibiting the use of appropriated funds to pay any person for influencing or attempting to influence an officer or employee of any agency, a Member of Congress, an officer or employee of Congress, or an employee of a Member of Congress in connection with the award of any government contract or task order, or the extension, continuation, renewal, amendment, or modification of any government contract.

Combating

trafficking in persons

Adopting a policy that prohibits trafficking in persons, including the prohibition of the activities specified within federal acquisition regulations.

Obligation to

report violations

Employees are expected to promptly report any known or suspected violation of the Purisolve code of ethics and all other unlawful or unethical conduct to their Purisolve supervisor or the company’s Compliance Officer.

Prohibitions against retaliation

Ensuring that those who, in good faith, report an ethics violation or a suspected violation of law, such as a complaint of discrimination, suspected fraud, or suspected violation of any regulation governing the operations of Purisolve are protected from retaliation.
