HUBZone Acquisition
Purisolve's services and support can be contracted through HUBZone-based Acquisition and HUBZone Sole-Source Acquisition. The benefits of participating in the HUBZone program can be enormous: the government’s goal is to award 3% of its prime contracts to HUBZone entities annually. Contracting officers are given broad powers to award contracts to HUBZone entities, including through sole-source awards and set-aside. For contracts issued under full and open competition, moreover, HUBZone companies receive a price evaluation preference.

Purisolve meets size standards that apply to standard Small Business Set-Aside requirements. We qualify as a small business based on SBA guidelines for our NAICS and on size standards established by FAR Part 19.

Promoveo is an SBA MPP HUBZone Joint Venture | Small Business – the natural evolution and outcome of our SBA Mentor-Protégé relationship between Purisolve (protégé) and BAE Systems (mentor). Our JV’s services and support can be acquired via a variety of ID/IQ, GWAC, and GSA Schedules which are available to civilian and DoD agencies.

Polaris is a Small Business Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for acquiring customized information technology (IT) services and IT service-based solutions.
With this Polaris contract vehicle, GSA is looking to expand the industry partner base, provide greater access to emerging technologies, simplify proposal submission requirements, and improve the overall customer experience. The Polaris GWAC has four (4) unique set-aside pools:

The 8(a) STARS III GWAC is a small business set-aside contract that provides flexible access to IT services and customized IT services-based solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. Purisolve partners successfully with reputable 8(a) firms to provide IT services and IT services-based solutions through STARS III GWAC.
The Best-in-Class VETS 2 GWAC is the only GWAC set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. It is designed to meet diverse agency IT services requirements, including new and emerging technologies. Purisolve, Inc.’s IT services, solutions, and support can be acquired via the VETS 2 BIC GWAC in partnerships with successful SDVOSBs.
The CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP3 Small Business GWACs have been extended to ensure there is no gap in contractual coverage between CIO-SP3 and CIO-SP4 and push the five-year performance period of CIO-SP3 Task Orders well into FY31, giving agencies access to all the benefits and value-adds of FAR 16 flexibilities. Purisolve, Inc.’s IT services, solutions, and support can be acquired through the CIO-SP3 GWAC via teaming partnerships.
